KWARMA inspects ongoing road projects, charges communities on proper road maintenance

The Kwara State Roads Maintenance Agency (KWARMA) has charged inhabitants of the state on proper usage of roads across the state.

This was contained in the agency’s message to Kwarans on Thursday, during the inspection tour of the ongoing roads constructions led by its Chairman, Hon. Rufai Bolakale Oloje.

Fielding questions from newsmen after a marathon inspection of the ongoing drainage and interlocks pavement of Aibini-Apaokagi Idi-Igba-Adeta road; Masankore linking Awodi, Gambari road; Koro Saiyedun-Abeemi roads; Oloje advised members of the communities, to always complement government efforts in a quest to bring Kwara to forth among comity of states in terms of road maintenance.

The KWARMA Chair, Oloje commended the residents engineers and vendors on the road construction sites for their commitments and steadfastness towards quality and timely deliveries of their jobs, and urged them to continue in that direction to serve Kwara better as berthed on the progressive agenda of the current administration.

Recall that, the Chairman has over times visited these areas in the past and has promised to continue inspecting them until they are completed.
